I applied online and received an email for an interview pretty quickly. My first interview was a video interview with the potential manager and another veteran channel manager. The interview lasted an hour and they covered basic marketing knowledge, explained how they make everyone get youtube certified. The interview was about an hour long, only because I had a lot of questions about the role. I received a timely response from the HR manager telling me I did well and I'd be interviewing with the Chief Operating Officer, which was also a video interview. I asked a lot of questions and talked with her and was offered a job before ending the call.
