Colloquio
Thorough, passionate and honest interviewer. A great advocate for the company. If he did not know an answer, he said he did not know and if a follow up was needed he said he would.

Interview process consisted of initial call with head hunter recruiter and a follow up call with CDO. Overall it was pretty impersonal and rushed. I was surprised that the interview process didn't include a peer component.

It’s wild how similar my experience was to a previous post here on Glassdoor.
The first step was a literal scam sales call. The recruiter will use this time to make Toughbuilt seem like Google + Amazon + Tesla combined. All of this is being said as their stock plummets below $0.08 a share. You will tell them your salary expectations and then they will promise they will offer you more. The recruiter will say they have bonuses and relocation packages that are unlike anywhere else. The interview is almost ~too easy and should be a red flag for the company and who they are; not good.
Following this step, I immediately interviewed with the cofounder of the company and again had an almost ~too easy of an interview. I was given almost no time to go through my list of questions. I felt rushed the entire time to speak faster and cut to the chase as I was walking through my portfolio. The lack of time provided shows my they crank through people and don’t care about their employees and this should have been red flag number two.
Following this step, they had me work on solid modeling a product. I returned the assignment and never heard anything back. In my professional opinion this speaks volumes about a company’s character and ghosting a potential business partner after they invested a significant amount of time is red flag number 3.
Not only would I discourage anyone from applying/interviewing, I would recommend you take your business elsewhere and support a company that actually treats people with respect. My gut was feeling bad throughout the entire process and was going to decline any offer provided as the saying ‘too good to be true’ couldn’t be more accurate when it comes to interviewing with ToughBuilt.

Show me a project that displays your solid modeling skills. Show me a project that was challenging to manufacture.
