I had a poor initial interview experience with a senior member of the HR team. This person only wanted to focus on my compensation expectations and did not give me any information about the job, benefits or company culture. Looking at the company reviews, the person who interviewed me seems to have a history of poor communication and poor representation of the org. Disappointing. Also salary range was like $40k which is far below competitive salary ranges.

Very pleasant, the company showed great communication and are very professional. They contact you via phone and email to confirm what is a good time to conduct and interview and work with your schedule. I was impressed by the communication and professionalism.
