The interview procedure was a little odd. It was a group interview and questions were asked such as why do you want to work for this industry. However, you are first asked to go on a training session before an actual job offer is given. I think this very common for a sales position though. So after going through a training session, and being on the floor at Toyota's dealers you are able to receive hands-on experience; it was performance based.

1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager. smooth process not to pressuring everybody was super relaxed. they will ask you many questions to answer and then they will give you a call to set up another interview
