I completed the online application form. I had to attach cv and cl.
After few weeks i had a phone call with hr about my cv and personality. The interviewrer was very nice and the interview questions were all about my experiences (no competency questions). It lasted one hour.
After about one week i got a call from the hr to schedule the second phone interview. This time the interview was with a manager from the related department. The call lasted a bit less than one hour and it was about my experiences and skills.

The interviewers did not seem very interest. Asked basic questions like why do you want to work here. The recruiter was very hard to contact. Got rejection a week after the interview

The process followed a STAR type behavior questions and resume review. The interview was at a conference so I'm not sure if this is typical, but the email sent in advance when scheduling the interview should contain all the details on what to expect.

it was very good and an easy questions to answer. The interviewer was very friendly and easy-going which helped calm nerves. Overall, the process was good and streamlined and lasted 30 mins.
