Interview went great and there was a mutal appreciation between the company and me. Though they thought I was the best cadidate for the job and though my years of experience had me at a 6 week yearly vacation at my current job, they simply would not budge from their standard 10 days and only after the first year, where there would be no vacation time at all. I don't know how they expected someone to be OK with having no work/life balance. I obviously didn't take the job.
