One face-to-face interview with executives after receiving email from HR, very relaxed environment, went over resume, coursework, and applicable skills, looking for a good fit with company culture and employees

After applying on Indeed I had a phone screen followed by an in-person interview the following day. The interview involved speaking about my previous work experience and how it fit with what they were doing. After that I was given a technical evaluation to complete in 3 days, which I completed, satisfying the requirements. After that I was called for another in person interview which was very similar to the first one, so I didn't see the point in calling me again. After this interview, which seemed to have gone well I received a reject after a week and a half. I understand that selecting the right candidate can be tough, but I just felt like this process was disorganized and too long, more than it needed to be.
