A guy named Sherrod called me seven minutes late and asked me generic questions like “what am I looking for in my next position”.
I was told to send them an email in a couple of weeks to get an update on the process. When I did just that (twice), I was completely ghosted.
Companies need to be held accountable and exposed for ghosting candidates. Luckily, a company that would engage in this activity is a bullet dodged.

After applying on Indeed I had a phone screen followed by an in-person interview the following day. The interview involved speaking about my previous work experience and how it fit with what they were doing. After that I was given a technical evaluation to complete in 3 days, which I completed, satisfying the requirements. After that I was called for another in person interview which was very similar to the first one, so I didn't see the point in calling me again. After this interview, which seemed to have gone well I received a reject after a week and a half. I understand that selecting the right candidate can be tough, but I just felt like this process was disorganized and too long, more than it needed to be.
