I applied for this position the whole procedure took about 4 weeks but at the end it was all worth it . The company was placed in a little town called Linz in Austria . Overall the experience was nice and loved the people who are working there . The company itself was in a growing stage and gave equal opportunities to everyone who applied .

Colloquio
I applied at Tractive via LinkedIn and the interview process took 4 weeks. First round was with HR & QA lead, followed by 2nd technical round with QA lead & another senior software tester. I was also given a task, which I needed to complete before my technical round. Last round of my interview was with the Tractive CTO. Every round of interview was very good and was a two way conversation. The Tractive team made me feel so comfortable and at ease in all the discussions. I thoroughly enjoyed them.

Colloquio
The interview process went very smoothly, despite the fact that it was all done remotely:
Firstly I had to do small test, then it was first interview with a Head of HR and CFO, after that one more interview with Software Tester and VP Software. Finally, it was another short testing task.
What I especially liked in hiring process:
1. The interview was carried out in a very friendly atmosphere, was really interesting and without some boring standard questions (for ex. about strengths/weaknesses)
2. All seemed to have passion about what they 're doing
3. The feedback was provided very fast, often on the next day.
Overall experience was positive, so I decided to accept offer.
