Asked about scheduling and timelines which basically requires open scheduling and day and time. explained the role of team lead, responsibilities, and set up a schedule.

Interview went over company values and went smooth, be yourself they are very kind! Questions like customer conflict and resolution, experience and oversight of the store. Not a difficult process and you have a good chance of getting the job!
