Way too long. I was in the process for 2 months, did 2 phone screens and 3 Teams interviews during that time. When the recruiter reached out to me to see if I could come onsite for a 4th interview, I advised that I had been offered another position. I had 2 companies that had reached out to me after I began the process with Tractor Supply and they got me through all interviews and both extended offers during that time. I was willing to take a cut in pay and position to get on with Tractor Supply but other companies acted much faster. In today's market, there cannot be excessive barriers to get on with a company especially when the position is a lateral or lower position than what the candidate has done in the past.
