I interviewed here starting in June, The whole interview process took over a month, I got to the final stage, I met with the CEO, and then they completely ghosted me. I still have not heard a word from them after several emails and calls. What kind of heartless people make you go through OVER A MONTH long process just to leave you with completely nothing. Just call me and tell me I didn't get the job! I was told I was in the top 2 of candidates they wanted to hire out of 4 and they were going to hire 2 SDR's, but I guess that wasn't true. I had to push back other offers I had because of the multiple times their "final decision" was delayed. Eventually I just accepted something else without hearing back from TradeCentric. To give an idea of their calendar and how little they care about candidates, I was told they were going to make a final decision 2 weeks before I finally had enough of the delays and accepted elsewhere. All in all, they made the decision pretty easy for me at the end. Obviously they do not care about candidates, and the horrible communication seemed like a sign to run.
