There are 3 stages including a case study. Here are some problems.
1. Interviews were scheduled and cancelled at will, not taking into consideration my availability.
2. Case study is too specific. It did not give me any idea what they were expecting. 3.5 hrs of interview without any meaningful pauses meant no time to review and improvise
3. There is a lack of accountability .

Awful and disrespectful experience.
I was referred to the company and scheduled the first call, but no one from the team attended.
I asked wherever there was a mistake, but received only automatic reply "out of office to the end of the week". Two weeks passed, we are still here.

Went through all 4 stages of interviews incl. 30 mins with recruiter, 30 mins with a director, 45 mins with a hiring manager and then 4 hours real time case study with a hiring manager and a team member.
All this hard work was just be ghosted by the recruiter and never hear back anything. That's a very frustrating experience, even though I was assured to get updates within couple of days.
It's fine to hear no ... but it's definitely not ok to ghost a candidate, applying to a senior position and investing so much time in the process.
