The interview process is fairly laid back that includes the following:
An initial phone screening to make sure you're a good fit.
A second interview with either the CTO or CEO (maybe both) over the phone.
An in-person interview with both the CTO and CEO.
An in-person coding test depending on which position you applied for.

The coding test was the most difficult part of the interviewing process. The questions take fairly long to carry out, but they are very understanding of time constraints and can tell if you know what you're doing or not. My guess is that they do this to weed out people that look good on paper, but aren't nearly as good as they say they are.
