3 interviews with 2 assistant managers and 1 manager all in store. The process took 3 weeks. There was no testing beyond a background check and drug screening. I don't know if they contacted any of my references. All the questions were easy and expected. I gave them several anecdotes about a time when I dealt with an angry customer, an example of great customer service, when I went above and beyond the call of duty to help a customer and how I am a great team player.

I was not hired! It was a new store so it was a very competitive position. I was emailed the day after my application, but denied shortly after the call. I am under the assumption that this location prefers experienced people.
