Aside from questions about myself and why I wanted to work at TJ's, they were especially interested in show I view the knowledge sharing aspect in any work environment. How will you improve the customer experience at Trader Joes
Was awesome - very friendly and down to earth, seems like a great place to work. Hope I get the job. Some easy questions, about work experience and the like, but also some curveballs. They asked me to give a lot of scenarios where I encountered certain difficulties and $18 an hour is not bad.
