I got hired at a brand new store so the first interview was an open interview process held in the store as it was still being set up. You filled out the application and waited for your name to be called and then you went through an interview if you passed you waited and went through a second interview and then if you passed that you went through to the last interview that decided if you were hired or not. The process hasn't changed much now that the store is open. When you hand in an application you will go through a quick interview with what ever manager you handed the application to and if they like you you get a call back for another interview.
