The interviews were pretty straight forward with a lot of questions about teamwork, customer service, and your past jobs. I applied online and then went into the store in person to introduce myself which I think helps a ton. A mate set up an interview on the spot and that was three days later. About three days after that first interview I didnt hear back so I called the store myself and they set up the second interview. The second one went a lot better than the first, they mates were both super friendly and treated it more like a conversation than an interview. That was yesterday and they said I should hear back in 1-4 days. Fingers crossed!
