Very professional. I was interviewed by the HR Recruiter and Director of Sales. They were both dressed up and so was I. We went into a very clean, sharp looking conference room where I was asked about my experiences and why I would be the best for the job. It lasted about 30-35 minutes. I would say it was a typical corporate interview but exceeded my expectations.

They asked me where my motivation comes from. And I wasn't completely surprised with the question due to the fact it concedes with what type of a person I am and how I portray myself. I guessed they were looking for how driven and focused I would be in the position. I responded and would say I'm not too bad at interviews. They asked me mostly what relevant sales experience had I prior done and how am a problem solving. All the questions seemed relevant to the position.

When being interviewed, they make it seem like you will get all this training and be eased into the role, it's the complete opposite. It all seems too good to be true, and you will realize this if you accept the offer.

They don't ask you any questions, they just need bodies to makes thousands of phone calls a day til the next batch of people come in.
