The interview process itself felt like a red flag, as it was clear they were rushing to fill the role—likely due to someone leaving the same position. I received the job offer on the same day as the second interview and accepted it. However, just a few days before my start date—and after I had submitted all required documents—the offer was withdrawn, citing management and department restructuring. This was the first time in my career I experienced something like this, and it left a very negative impression. I would not consider applying to this company again.
