Colloquio
Very inefficient interview process that lasts well over a month. Had high hopes from reading their job description, so I Put in tons of hours doing tests, refactors, studying, etc. it was a major time suck for me, likely many others have had their time wasted as well. I’ve never worked for them, hopefully they treat you with more respect after you’re employed. Here are their steps:
1. Code refactor / resume / cover letter
2. Coding Challenge
3. CEO interview
4. Group Interview
5. A day in the codebase
Between each step could take anywhere from a couple days to 3 weeks.

They asked to implement a test task along with the submission of the CV. The test task took around an hour and was implemented in a perfect way however Nate Pearson rejected my job application the same minute saying that in the letter I did not write why I want to work for their company which means I did not spend my time on any research. So the implementation of a test task is the same as "did not spend time". That's a pure mocking.

Domanda 1

Applied for the React/RN Engineer position.
Interview process (as far as I got) consisted of a refactoring assessment, an online skills assessment and a 1 on 1 interview with the CEO. Overall process was fairly quick and seemed to move quickly. Skills assessment was on the easy side. They are looking for a very specific skill-set so only apply if you absolutely have it.
