It was a very chill process. You do a phone interview, and then an in-clinc interview. They ask you very basic questions more related to who you are as a person (why you chose this job, things about you, what you like about ABA therapy, etc). They also get back to you within the day.

Recruiter was great in setting up the interview, the interview last 10-15 minutes, just asking about past work experience then allowed me to sit with a child and their RBT for about 15 minutes, 7 years of childcare including room my own classroom, working with kiddos on ASD only got me an offer of $16.00 an hour, no guarantee of a lunch break, and only 37.5 hours a week. I initially accepted the offer, but was offered much more else where. When bringing it to the recruiters attention, and asked if there is room for a higher start pay his attitude changed, I declined the offer, to which also got a snotty remark from him. I will not be referring anyone to this company based on his interactions alone.
