It was a contract opportunity. A 30-minute interview with the Engineering Manager. Troubleshooting or problem-solving skills are important. The manager was extremely helpful in describing the role beforehand. Straightforward questions on education and previous experiences.
I have applied for several positions at Trane and was invited by tyler,tx location for an interview. There were about 10 people at this group interview. everything went well.Was called a week after I applied for an interview. I had my application pushed by a friend that works there. It was a business casual dress code for a group interview. Two other candidates were there, and we were all assessed by two Creatives. It was a large conversation, and lasted about an hour
