Did an initial phone screen then they had me come onsite for an in person interview. I got dressed up and took my time to come to an in person interview (for a job that drastically underpays) and they did not have the decency or professionalism to even get back to me with a quick "Thanks for coming but we went with someone else." Embarrassing behavior.
