Applied online through website. HR contacted me for initial phone interview within a few days. This was after I got an email on the same day that I applied, rejecting me! Passed the first round, and she set me up for phone interview with the RD for that area. This phone call lasted about 10-15 minutes. They told me to wait for a few weeks until new DM got on duty. So about 4 weeks later I get a call from HR, and they set me up for live interview with new DM. This interview lasted about 30 minutes. After a couple of weeks, I went in for a panel interview with 3 managers. I had to prepare a short presentation and then answer behavioral questions. Supposed to last up to 90 minutes but took just about an hour. I felt a little rushed, and they seemed to just be filling a quota. The DM kept trying to put up obstacles to why I wouldn't be right for the job. This last interview was for different position, Operations Manager, which wasn't made clear as to why I was being considered for a different position. Many of the duties were same, so it was confusing. Over two weeks after second interview I received rejection email.
