Took a long time(approx 4-5 week) from phone screening/interview with recruiter to get to panel interview. Company did send info on how to prepare for behavioral interview and the company profile. they very much want you to have a successful interview

First I applied online and I was selected based on my resume. I received an interview link which was prerecorded questions and I had to record myself and submit the video. It was not a good experience for me to just answer as you are creating a video.
