After interviewing with the Manager in final round didn't get a clear response from HR. I got a response saying that my application is currently put on hold and that they have couple applications that are as good as mine so they would like to give them a chance (This is fair though but give me dedicated timeline instead of giving vague responses). And that I should not wait for Nuvolo, if I am getting any offers then let HR know about it so that they can inform to hiring Manager. Point is if you don't want to go ahead with someone's application then inform them clearly instead of leaving their application hanging by saying that we are not rejecting you but also we are not selecting you without specifying any dedicated timeline to get in touch with them for a final update on application.
