Didnt see alot of minorities within the office. Appeared to be a good ole boy network. Hiring manager invited me to Charlotte, interviewed me, and took me lunch... Only to call me and tell me I didnt get the job. My experience is top notch fortune 500 and more advanced then IngersollRand.
