Surprisingly, only the candidates who had HR rounds were selected, which made the process feel inconsistent and not a fair evaluation of everyone’s skills. The experience could have been more transparent and balanced

Star Method interview style. Very easy process and quick response from the employer. Only 1-2 rounds before the job offer. The questions are not surprising and can be easily practiced beforehand.
