It was a group interview , we had to introduce ourselves. I believe they were seeing how personable we were. Then we listened to the talk for a while. After that we were asked questions and about visible tattoos. It was like an elimination process. Then we got selected for individual interviews.

Group interview, you sign in and wait for a presentation, the you all answer a Question in front of the class then they say go out and wait to see what names they pick to stay for part 2 which is a face to face interview

The one on one interview was not difficult what so ever. The recruiters were really sociable and very nice. First, they started talking about their background, mission and benefits etc. They shared lot of great information about the position and great opportunities. Also, explained all about a day in a flight attendant lifestyle. Simple questions were asked and two STAR method questions.
