they have taken two interviews ,first technical interview and second hr interview,this two interviews became sufficient to appoint me on the post of site engineer on construction site. they promise me to provide full support regarding training if need on site and also for promotions at regular interwal of time. first two months they oppoint me for site execution nad ofter that ofter looking my ability towards biling process ,they allow me to do biling processof whole site (client as well as contractors)
