The interview was comfortable. They gave me a tour of the classrooms and flight line, I met a lot of people, although I already knew several. The facilities are very clean, and very professional. Much nicer than other schools I looked at. Everyone was friendly, and I felt very welcomed. People seemed motivated, which was impressive because some schools have a very negative atmosphere. Interview questions were standard, "why do you want to work at Transpac".

Interview Process can be either in person or at your home. I came from out of state so I did a Skype interview with TransPac. I was asked some general questions about aviation: What is a METAR, What is a TAF, etc. I was also asked to teach (I used a small whiteboard for this) a specific private pilot maneuver. My maneuver was S-turns. They just really want to see if you can be articulate and be able to teach someone that has never been exposed to aviation before.
