I submitted my application online. The hiring manager scheduled a 30 minutes interview to walk through the role and ask questions about my resume. Most questions focus on previous experiences and projects.

I applied with my Resume over Handshake. Within the week, I received an invitation for a first interview (30 minutes with an associate actuary at TransRe). Within a week following the first interview, I received an invitation for a final round of interviews (three 30 minute interviews with an actuaries from a different department at TransRe). Just over two weeks later (a few days after they conducted their final interview), I received an offer to be accepted within 24 hours. The interviews were relatively informal, and the questions were mostly about skills, past experience, and education. Each interviewer asked roughly the same questions and gave consistent answers to my questions about TransRe. Their answers aligned with the reviews of TransRe on Glassdoor.
