I interviewed multiple times at transunion, applied online, was cold called and was referred by employee. Once you interview there, you never hear back from anyone. I never heard how I did on the interview with the hiring manager and when an employee referred me, felt like I was getting the run around. First, they passed me off to another person. That person asked for my availability, I provided with much flexibility only for her to not get back to me. when i follow up, she apologizes, asks for my availability again, then ignores the schedule. If they are not interested in speaking to candidate, they should be straightforward instead of wasting people's time.
