I was messaged directly on LinkedIn about the role and scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager from there. After that I was invited to the office for four in-person interviews. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and it seems like they have a great team there. On my way out I was told they’d be in touch with me soon, however it’s been over a month now and I’ve been ghosted without even a response to my follow-up email. As a recruiter myself I understand how busy the workload can be, however it’s very discouraging to be completely ignored at this point in the process when the experience leading up to it was very positive.
