1st interview with hiring manager
*Be fore the second interview; I received a message stating that I did not get the role. I also, received a calendar update indicating my interviews had been canceled. I reached out the recruiter and they confirmed the interviews would still be happening. During the 2nd set of interviews, I was told that the role had just gone to an internal candidate but I would be considered for other roles.
*2nd set of interviews included hiring manger and 3 other staff at higher levels than them; 2 of the interviews included some technical questions that I were basically quiz questions related to probability, machine learning, and logistic regression. I did not anticipate the very specific logistic regression questions because, in practice, one would just look these things up as needed and/or become more familiar with them over time.

Q: What metrics would you use to evaluate alternative machine learning techniques?
