I had an interview with the TransUnion USA team from India, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite accommodating their requested time for the interview, even on a festival day, the company did not demonstrate respect for the candidate’s time. Both the first and second rounds went well, but after the interviews, the HR representative stopped responding to calls and emails. This lack of communication and follow-up feels unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process. Respecting a candidate’s time is a fundamental part of building a professional reputation, and this experience has left me with a negative impression of their approach.
