Assessment round was impressive.
Interview round 1 was horrible; for a data science role, the interviewer was a data engineer who admitted that he doesn't know data science and roped in another person.
The entire interview flow was set on templates and the tone was a little disrespectful and disheartening.
The interviewer pretended to know everything and kept on denying my credibility.
The results aren't out yet, but I've made my decision already.

First they conducted the managerial round, upon asking the question why managerial round first. The manager replied that the want to know the candidate first and then get into technical because if the candidate is good they can train.
