Interview is himself doesn't know what he is asking e.g. when I said static polymorphism he did not understand but when I said compile time polymorphism he was able to understand.
Asking all higher level questions and he himself might doesn't know the answer.
Not able to accept the approach of candidate and stuck with his own version.
Not giving proper requirement in scenario based questions which makes answering more difficult.
Wasted the whole day.

Interviewed with the technical recruiter. It was good. I sensed some hesitation around changes about mergers and acquisitions that recently happened with the company.
Later week I was sent schedule technical interview. Even sent a reminder a day before. On the day of interview, I joined the team link sent to me and I waited and waited and waiter. Interviewer was a no show. I texted the recruiter, who has been pretty good about responding the other day, of course did not reply. Very unprofessional.
