The process consists of an initial HR interview, then another HR interview, then a few other interviews with the broader team. The initial HR person I interviewed with was super nice but it was a mess. I gave they my availability in PT time but they still schedule in EST time, the interview had super long pauses where she said she forgot what else she was supposed to mention or ask. I was asked to provide my availability for round two over email because she said she was moving me on to the next round. 5 days later I received an automated rejection email.
