A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and we scheduled an initial interview with her (she was from HR). Afterward, I had an interview with a design lead, followed by another one, this time a technical interview, where I presented a case study and a Figma file to two other designers at the company. I stopped at that stage, but if I had moved forward, there would have been two more steps: one involving a design challenge and another consisting of a final conversation with a senior manager at the company.
