Recruiter reached out to me. I had to state more than twice that the current day would not work for a phone interview. Phone interview went well and was invited to interview the same day. I interview decently but this interview went horribly. The interviewer kept checking their email and googling random thoughts that came to mind. They were also surprisingly curious about my high school free time and career considering I had both professional experience in the industry and a bachelor's degree. They inquired very little about my experience. They inquired about my ACT and SAT scores, if was in any AP classes, etc. I was told the recruiter would email me a personality assessment after the interview. I had to reach out and follow up with the recruiter three days later. The next day I was sent a link to a free 60 question assessment based off the Myer Briggs test and told to just reply with the results. Two days after sending the results I followed up with the recruiter again. Two days after which I got a reply informing me the position had been filled.
