The interview was really very easy. Basically asked me what my previous work experience was and also why i wanted to work for them. There was also a previous recorded phone interview where it asked me a couple of scenario based questions, like: "What would you do if you were late to work and you got into a traffic jam, what would you tell your work?".

The interview process was via a virtual group interview via adobe connect (kinda shady though tbh because they don't tell you that it's going to be a group based interview upfront); I've been in those previously before though and even with 200+ people on a Zoom call once for another CSR type interview that was chaotic, but even it was better managed than this one was tbh. I therefore ended up declining their verbal offer at the end because the interview was so disorganized and disjointed; plus I did not meet the timetable qualifications either though specifically. Up to that very day they had been sending me please come back to interview with us (again) follow up emails for weeks after I had to miss our initial one scheduled due to a series of emergency appointments so therefore had been busy until very recently again).
