No interview. 2 Exams and a manual. Once Exams are complete and you are approved, all your audios then transform into a mixture of English and foreign along with often poor audio quality. And you are constantly told that your work isn't 'quite' up to par. So you try harder. But for 26 hours of your 200% time and effort, you will only make around $2 per hour. They play on people's sense of self-worth. They know that even if people leave, there are still enough suckers out there to keep trying to please them and actually get a pat on the back - no matter the TREMENDOUS sacrifice of time put in to do the work to their specifications. It is the classic bait-and-switch as far as work offers go. And the fact that they continue to pay people less than minimum wage only speaks to their impunity and scorn for their employees.
