So easy, I thought I was being scammed. They called and hired the same day. They ask you simple questions and if you can pass a drug test. They are basically asking if you can if you can a pass a drug test, good with google producs, and if you have a clean driving record.

Very easy and straight forward. Initial interview was over the phone. Shortly after I was offered the job. Communication is very prompt and clear. Expectation are set out right at the start and job requirements are stated right away.
