I went in expecting to have a chance at the position, but they asked me questions which they certainly knew I did not know to ridicule me. They revealed that the only reason they wanted to interview me was to inform me that I needed to follow my Performance Plan and that if not, I will get fired soon. Which I did get fired shortly after the interview because I clocked in a minute late several times.
