Easy interview. They are concerned with your empathy for the disabled, custom service, how coachable you are, and driving ability. You fill-out application in person then you get an interview almost right away, because they are urgent need of more drivers.

It was a room full of people needed to bring birth certificate, DL, SSC, 2 proof of address and have black shoes black slacks and white shirt. Be ready at 10am on Thursdays to train, if you do not have the required documents then leave and come back when you get them
