Lengthy 4-step process, but completely ghosted at the end. Avoid.
The interview process was quite demanding and consisted of four different stages. It started with an initial CV screening, followed by a round of deep-dive questions to assess my skills. After that, there were two more interviews, including a final round directly with the CEO.
Absolute lack of respect for the candidate's time. After completing all four stages, I was completely ghosted. I sent two polite reminders and follow-up emails asking for feedback, but received absolutely no response.
