Easy and secure. People were friendly and treated you with respect. Things went well and fast. Also after the three days in Houston a physical test was required which was also fast and easy. The entire process took 7 days.
It was a one way interview. It has basic questions about how to handle everyday work you will be doing and your qualifications. Simple interview that allows them to see how you will handle work and what your fit will be for the current job you are applying for will be

Not a difficult process. The recruiter was very helpful. I felt they went above and beyond to assure all my questions were answered. The process was somewhat long but that was in no way a negative thing.
