Colloquio
Clear and simple interview process:
1. HR interview - motivation for applying for the role, experience, culture fit check
2. Interview with team members - more in depth questions about experience & fit for the role.
3. Interview with C suite - Insight into the company/vision etc

Colloquio
Started with friendly discussion with head of department and senior technical employee. Got a thorough understanding of the company and the future plans, which included how my role would fit into this. I was asked about my project experience, exam certifications and personal motivators.
For the second (final) interview, I received a case study in advance with technical questions to prepare answers for. During the second stage it was slightly more tech focused, however, the whole process was comfortable and primarily led by myself in terms of my answers and reasoning. This was rounded off with good feedback on my solution, and also some of the ways Transparity would approach the scenarios, which opened up further information on the role, processes and how I would fit in.
This was the smoothest interview process I have been through and speaks volumes of the focus of people and culture at Transparity.

Zoom call with their People Manager. This was easily set up.
Once on the call I was told about the company, but it was more like bombarded with lots of techy information about the company and its achievements. They clearly wanted someone who heavily worked in tech, but this is not as tech role, it is more of a support role. I do not have much tech experience, which they would of seen from my CV. I had already decided that this role was not for me, but the interviewer did not seem too fussed by me either. After the call I received no decline email or thanks which I think is extremely unprofessional. I did not chase up as it was not a company I wanted to work for.
