Totally unrecommend, non serious and non professional company. I initially applied to a different position, but the HR team proposed me an IT project manager opening in Paris, I liked the idea as the position was aligned with my career objectives. Made a phone interview then was invited to Paris for a face to face interview. Everything went ok and after a while I was contacted for a proposal. I accepted the proposal and we had to start a visa process (I let them know since the beginning of the interviews that I don't have a work permit for France and they were ok with that). They assigned one of the HR team from Germany to handle the visa process for France (Because their whole HR team is in Germany, strange concept but ok). The women in charge had no idea how to proceed. They wasted about 3 months of my time, then ended up receiving an email from someone that I never met claiming to be head of HR saying that they are cancelling the whole procedure because of the complication of the process. Lost 3 months of my time during which I refused other companies offers and cancelled other interviews.
